  • Delivery to hotels

    Chef-made meals are cooked and frozen in our kitchen and delivered to the hotel. We can help much more if you let us know at least one month in advanced!

  • Pick up at Tokyo Station

    You can pick up meals from the fridge locker at Tokyo station at your convenience.
    It is located 1 min away from Tokaido Shinkansen bullet trains at the Tokyo station.

  • Reservation-Only Dining

    Located in Kamikitazawa, Setagaya-ku—just 30 minutes from Shinjuku—
    our exclusive restaurant offers a bespoke dining experience. Enjoy a meticulously crafted course meal, tailored to your preferences by our chef.

How it works
Please reach out to us on Facebook. We'll send you forms about asking your diet restrictions and trip plans.
Let’s schedule a 30–60 minute video call to discuss your needs and preferences.
We will create a personalized menu based on our discussion and provide a detailed ingredient breakdown.
 Review and adjust your meal plan as needed until you’re satisfied. Feel free to ask for support anytime!
 Your order will be confirmed once payment is complete. Please make your payment within 3 days using the payment link we provide.
 Your package can be delivered to your hotel, but please check in advance if your hotel accepts frozen items.

  • Customized menu

    We will create tailor made meal plans based on your requests and allergies. You can review and modify the menu as much as you want up to two weeks before finalized.
    pricing guide:
    • Meal sets:¥2,500–¥6,000 per set (varies by menu and quantity)
    • Snacks: Starting at ¥800 (varies by menu and quantity)

    Additional costs may apply for:
    • Shipping fees
    • Service fee (15%)
    • Bento box fee (if you choose the bento box style)

  • Ingredients list

    We provide a full list of ingredients when we send the proporsoed menu. Ingredient labelling follows Japanese requirements, so feel free to ask if you have a question.

Checklist for the hotel

  • Capability of receiving frozen package.

    Some hotels cannot receive frozen packages and store it for you. In that case, please ensure you are at the hotel to receive the package directly from the delivery service.
    You can select a delivery time from the following options:
    ㆍ 8 am - 12 pm
    ㆍ2 pm - 4 pm
    ㆍ 4 pm - 6 pm
    ㆍ6 pm - 8 pm
    ㆍ7 pm - 9 pm

  • Fridge/Freezer's storage

    Pleae inquire about how many meals your hotel's fride can store. We usually suggest to store meals in a freezer and defrost in the fridge a day before you intend to it eat.
    Feel free to reach us out even if you have a problem with storage.
    We would be happy to work with you on it!

  • Kitchen utilities

    We need to know what kind of
    kitchen appliances you will have access to. We will send you a meal proporsal based on what kind of appliances you can use.
    If you are planning on dining at the hotel, sometimes they can heat and plate meals for you.

    MIMARU is an apartment-style hotel where each room features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, allowing you to enjoy safe and comfortable meals. They can also receive frozen meal packages on your behalf and store them directly in your room, so you can explore and enjoy your day without worrying about meal deliveries.
