Our service provides chef-made, allergy friendly foods and delivery to hotels in Japan.
We will meet with you on video meeting to build a fully curated menu based on your needs, so you will be familiar with the faces behind your meals.

  • Delivery to hotels

    Chef-made meals are cooked and frozen in our kitchen and delivered to the hotel. We can help much more if you let us know at least one month in advanced!

  • Pick up at Tokyo Station

    You can pick up meals from the fridge locker at Tokyo station at your convenience.
    It is located 1 min away from Tokaido Shinkansen bullet trains at the Tokyo station.

  • Restaurant

    We have a restaurant available for reservation only. It is located at Kamikitazawa, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo which is only 30 minutes away from Shinjuku station. You can experience a course meal tailored to your needs, all prepared by our chef.

How it works

01. Contact Us

We will reach out to you at the email address provided within 3 business days of completion of the online form. Please contact us here.

02. Video Meeting

We would like to have a 30 to 60min video meeting to explain our services and to get an idea of your needs and preferences.
Please provide details of your trip and let us make your trip easier and unforgetable!

03. Meal proposal

We will create a tailored menu just for you based on the information gathered during the video meeting.
We'll provide a full breakdown of the meals that we have planed, including specific ingredients to make sure you feel informed and comfortable.

04. Confirm the Menus

You can review the meal plans and change as many times as you want untill you are satisfied. We understand trying new ingredients can be challenging, especially while your are in a foreign country. Feel free to reach out for support at anytime!

05. Shipping

You can receive your package at your hotel. Some hotels cannot accept frozen packages, so this will need to be taken into consideration in advance.
Please refer to the cheklist below for father details.

  • Each product clearlly labelled

    Each food item will be labelled with the information below, and with each meal packaged separately. 
    -Name of the food
    -Date
    -How to cook(Boil/Microwave/Defrost)

  • Customized menu

    We will create tailor made meal plans based on your requests and allergies. You can review and modify the menu as much as you want up to two weeks before finalized.

  • Ingredients list

    We provide a full list of ingredients when we send the proporsoed menu. Ingredient labelling follows Japanese requirements, so feel free to ask if you have a question.

  • Capability of receiving frozen package.

    Some hotels cannot receive frozen packages and store it for you. In that case, please ensure you are at the hotel to receive the package directly from the delivery service.
    You can select a delivery time from the following options:
    ㆍ 8 am - 12 pm
    ㆍ2 pm - 4 pm
    ㆍ 4 pm - 6 pm
    ㆍ6 pm - 8 pm
    ㆍ7 pm - 9 pm

  • Fridge/Freezer's storage

    Pleae inquire about how many meals your hotel's fride can store. We usually suggest to store meals in a freezer and defrost in the fridge a day before you intend to it eat.
    Feel free to reach us out even if you have a problem with storage.
    We would be happy to work with you on it!

  • Kitchen utilities

    We need to know what kind of
    kitchen appliances you will have access to. We will send you a meal proporsal based on what kind of appliances you can use.
    If you are planning on dining at the hotel, sometimes they can heat and plate meals for you.
