How our service works
Please reach out to us on Facebook. We'll send you forms about asking your diet restrictions and trip plans.
Please fill out the detailed form regarding your dietary requirements and preferences. We will use this information to design your personalized menu and delivery logistics.
We will create a personalized menu based on forms and provide ingredients list.
Review and adjust your meal plan as needed until you’re satisfied. Feel free to ask for support anytime!
 Your order will be confirmed once payment is complete. Please make your payment within 3 days using the payment link we provide.
Your package can be delivered to your hotel, but please check in advance if your hotel accepts frozen items.

  • Customized menu

    We will create tailor made meal plans based on your requests and allergies. You can review and modify the menu as much as you want up to two weeks before finalized.
    pricing guide:
    • Meal sets:¥3,500–¥6,000 per meal set (varies by menu and quantity)
    • Snacks: Starting at ¥800 (varies by menu and quantity)

    Additional costs may apply for:
    • Shipping fees
    • Service fee (15%)
    • Bento box fee (if you choose the bento box style)

  • Ingredients list

    We provide a full list of ingredients when we send the proporsoed menu. Ingredient labelling follows Japanese requirements, so feel free to ask if you have a question.
